We build High Physical Support, Robust and Improved Liveability homes to the relevant SDA design requirements, with each project shaped around the resident, provider, site and intended support model.
We also build Residential Care homes around an individual's health, mobility, sensory and support requirements. These specialised homes are planned in consultation with the people involved in the resident's care, so the layout and inclusions support daily life rather than forcing a person into a standard plan.

Homes for different support needs
High Physical Support, Robust and Improved Liveability are formal SDA design categories with defined requirements. We also create individually tailored Residential Care homes where the design brief is led by a person's particular health and support needs.
High Physical Support (HPS)
Homes designed for people with significant physical impairment who require a high level of support. Features can include hoist provisions, step-free access, accessible bathrooms, wider circulation spaces and overnight assistant rooms.
Robust
Durable, resilient homes designed to reduce risk to residents, support workers and the property. Layouts, materials, retreat spaces, acoustics and secure outdoor areas are considered as part of the complete brief.
Improved Liveability
Homes with enhanced physical access and better visual, sensory and spatial clarity. Thoughtful wayfinding, lighting, contrast and easy-to-understand layouts can make everyday living more comfortable and independent.
Residential Care
Specialised homes designed around individual health requirements. We work from the resident's needs and care model to develop a practical home rather than applying a one-size-fits-all plan.
