Disclaimer & Privacy
We want the website to be genuinely useful, but some project details can shift once site conditions, approvals, engineering, inclusions and selections are properly assessed. This page sets out the general basis on which the site content is provided, and how we handle your personal information.
For anything site-specific, price-specific or contract-specific, please speak with the Indigo Homes team directly so we can confirm what applies to your block, brief and build pathway.
Information on this website is provided as general guidance only and may change without notice.
Home designs, facades, floorplans, renders, imagery and inclusions shown online are indicative and may include upgrades, styling items or options not included in a standard build.
Pricing, package availability, site costs, approvals, engineering and developer or council requirements can vary from project to project.
Nothing on this website forms part of a building contract or formal offer unless confirmed in writing by Indigo Homes.
How we handle your information
Indigo Homes Pty Ltd respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, request a consultation, download a guide or contact us, we collect the details you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, suburb or land details, budget range, build timeline, design preferences and anything you include in a message. We may also collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, cookie or advertising identifiers and conversion events.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you through website forms, email, telephone and meetings, and automatically through our website and its cookies, pixels and similar technologies. You may browse most of the website without identifying yourself. If you do not provide the contact details required by a form, we may be unable to respond or provide a requested guide or service.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, prepare quotes, deliver requested resources, manage projects and customer relationships, operate and secure the website, understand website use, measure advertising performance, improve our services and comply with legal obligations. We may use website activity to measure campaigns and create or refine advertising audiences.
Meta Pixel and LocaliQ
We use Meta Pixel and LocaliQ technologies for website analytics, advertising attribution, audience measurement and lead-conversion reporting. These providers may place or read cookies and identifiers and receive technical, usage and conversion information when you visit or interact with the website. Meta Pixel records page views, selected page-category events and, after a successful form submission, a Lead event containing the form type and page path. Our website code does not intentionally include your name, email address, phone number, budget, notes or other form-field contents in that Meta Lead event. LocaliQ may measure visits, calls, interactions and leads in accordance with our campaign configuration. These providers may combine information received from this website with information they already hold, subject to their own privacy policies and our arrangements with them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to our staff and contractors; website, cloud, email and IT providers such as Cloudflare and Microsoft; advertising and analytics providers including Meta and LocaliQ; professional advisers; and consultants directly involved in your project, such as certifiers, engineers or an NDIS registered provider you are working with. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Overseas processing
Some service providers, including Meta, LocaliQ, Cloudflare and Microsoft, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries described in their privacy policies. Where Australian privacy law requires it, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Sensitive information
If you enquire about accessible, NDIS or specialist disability accommodation, you may choose to provide accessibility, disability or health-related information. Please only provide information that is relevant to your enquiry. We will collect and use sensitive information only with your consent, where it is reasonably necessary for our work, or where otherwise permitted by law.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings, although this may reduce advertising measurement and some website functionality. You can also manage how Meta uses information for advertising through Meta Ad Preferences and review LocaliQ privacy choices through its privacy policy. You may contact us at any time to opt out of our use or disclosure of your personal information for direct marketing.
Direct marketing
We may send updates about designs, display homes, services or offers where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. Our commercial electronic messages will identify Indigo Homes and include a functional unsubscribe option. You can opt out at any time without charge, and we will action electronic-message unsubscribe requests within five working days.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. You can request access to or correction of personal information we hold, ask us to delete or de-identify it where appropriate, withdraw consent, opt out of direct marketing, or make a privacy complaint. Contact the Privacy Contact, Indigo Homes Pty Ltd, 8 Murdoch Circuit, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, email hello@indigohomes.com.au or call (07) 3370 6000. We aim to acknowledge and respond to privacy complaints within 30 days.
