Livability First
When we design a house, our focus is primarily on how it feels to live in.
There is nothing worse than being in your home for 12 months and already disliking it because you are constantly clipping a wall or counter, feeling boxed into a rabbit warren, or living too closely on top of your family or your neighbours.
