Who We Are
Indigo Homes is a Brisbane-based residential home builder specialising in subdivide knock-down rebuilds, narrow lot homes, acreage designs, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Residential Care homes. We build across South East Queensland including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and regional areas including Hervey Bay, Gympie and Plainlands.
Founded in 2003, we've spent over two decades building homes that families actually want to live in. We're not the biggest builder in Queensland — and that's by design. Every project gets a dedicated builder, weekly site updates, and the kind of attention that comes from a team that genuinely cares about getting it right.
What We Build
From first homes on small lots to award-winning acreage homesteads, double-storey family homes, and purpose-built NDIS accessible housing — our range covers the full spectrum of residential building. A large part of our work is subdivide knock-down rebuild projects, helping homeowners stay in the suburb they love while building the home they deserve.
