Indigo Homes Essence Inclusions are designed with the cost savvy in mind without compromising on quality.

Essence Inclusions feature generous inclusions such as European appliances, China vanity basins, chrome mixers, lever door furniture, chrome bathroom accessories, ceiling fans, China toilet suites with soft close seats, instant gas hot water system, and remote garage door with motor and handsets.
Essence Inclusions also incorporate realistic site allowances including S soil classifications, 500mm site fall earthworks allowance, 6 star energy efficiency allowances, and all standard council fees and insurances.
Well-suited to first time buyers, investors, or anybody looking to save on construction costs while achieving a well appointed home to be proud of.

Enhance Inclusions also incorporate generous site allowances including M soil classifications, 500mm site fall earthworks allowance, 6 star energy efficiency allowances, and all standard council fees and insurances.
